Geert Wilders and the International Court, Act II

I add this post from Front Page Magazine because it carries the full message of what the Dutch Court is all about and what I said to a commenter here: that all that is needed is a precedent for the International Courts to come into play and silence any discussion about the ideology that is Islam.

The Railroading of Geert Wilders.

You say, no problem here in America because we have our Bill of Rights. Wrong, bucko! Our tyrannical dictators are leading us ever closer to control by the UN.

Some far-left extremist justices on our Supreme Court who should, in my opinion be impeached, have stated openly that they review foreign decisions when making their rulings. This is in clear violation of their oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States.

It is not a very long leap to see that they would say that any discussion of Islam and its ideology is against the Constitution because it seems to me that everyone conveniently forgets that Islam is a political ideology dressed in clerical trappings.

It is one thing for a person who peacefully follows what is called "spiritual Islam" to live with his neighbors who follow other religions; it is another for the Ayatollah of Iran to ensure his followers that Israel will be annihilated.

Israel is not a religion, neither is a Zionist Regime a religion and an Islamic Republic such as Iran is NOT a religion. It is governed by dictates known as Sharia Law which are Islamic Law and that law is not a religion. Within Iran there is no separation of "church" and "state."

Once the precedent is set if Geert Wilders is convicted then NO ONE has the freedom to express opinions about the brutality carried out in the name of Islam - 9/11, the slaughter at Fort Hood, and on the violence of jihad goes with no one allowed to speak against it.

Our President Obama has already expressed that he will side with the Muslims, including ALL Muslims under that cloak of violent jihad. In my opinion, that is not a true representation.

So, on 2/11 when the Ayatollah serves up his 'punch' for the West, will President Obama defend our freedoms and the lives of Israelis and the Arabs who live in Israel or will Mr. Obama be AWOL? Missing in Indonesia - a fine place to be during such conflagration with all the rejoicing and such - the largest Islamic state in the world.

The Ayatollah has warned the West so he is free and clear to attack in any manner. What is it that these jihadists have with the number 11?

To the youth rebelling in Iran, if Israel must attack to defend itself, it is NOT attacking you. It is supporting you in your effort. Please, do not be sucked into the ploy of the Ayatollah.

Holland Court shameless, while Iran's Khamenei touts annihilation of Israel

Now that's what I call "freedom of speech" in the good old Islamic Republic of Iran.

While a court in Holland dithers and embarrasses itself all over the place over the fate of free speech in Holland and over the issue of whether or not the Honorable Geert Wilders initiated "hate speech" or committed a crime because he wanted to discuss the impact of Islamic ideology/Sharia Law and the Islamization of Holland and Europe, he is a politician after all, the great Ayatollah Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran, was busy assuring his followers that the Zionist Regime/Israel would soon face annihilation. That means people killed, wiped off the face of the earth as in exterminated as in "the final solution."

Duh! Anyone have a problem with that ideology?

Good grief! Anyone in Holland feeling like a fool?

How in the world can the prosecutor and the court in Holland even hold their heads up from the shame of prosecuting the Honorable Geert Wilders?

I wonder how they will feel when the Ayatollah is touting the annihilation of infidels throughout Holland or welcoming the Caliphate and the institution of Sharia Law. Whoops!

Hate Crimes: when "thoughts and opinions" are prosecuted

Oh, it is an Orwellian world in which we live. We seem to be living in a world gone mad.

Many of us have heard of the Honorable Geert Wilders of Holland and the trial he is now enduring for what? Speaking an opinion against female genital mutilation practiced by some adherents of Islam. See Wilders on Trial.

When will our freedom of speech be ended in America? Looks like that is on the way, as a reading of Will Politically Incorrect Opinion become a Hate Crime? may show how that can happen. I strongly recommend the site, EuropeNews, "No tolerance for intolerance; no apology for being free."

The most intolerant leadership on earth at the moment are the Islamists who whine like spoiled children if someone should even discuss the acts perpetrated under the name of Islam. For that matter, they whine like spoiled children if anyone even discusses Islam for any reason.

The Honorable Geert Wilders is being prosecuted for "hate speech" that insight "racial" or rather "ethnic disharmony" because some Islamists just have to have something to whine about and any speech that brings some practices to the table for discussion are being considered "hate speech" if spoken by infidels. Understand that such speech is already forbidden by Sharia Law within Islam. The effect is to force Sharia Law on the rest of us.

Holland should be filled with shame at this egregious assault upon human rights to freedom of opinion and speech, as well as thought. If "hate thought" were a crime, then it would seem that many Islamists who speak openly for the destruction of the West should be prosecuted.

But no that will not occur. Why? Because now is the time for Islamists to castigate anyone who does not believe as they do - politically which is the same as religiously.

Europe has itself tied up in knots and the EU and its immigration policies forced upon member nations carries much of the blame. When will people in Europe, non-Muslims, be allowed to freely move to Islamic nations bringing their religions and politics with them freely? When will such folks be given the status of rights well and beyond the rights or status of native citizens of these Islamic nations? Never.

Allow me one more thought here that may not seem germane but to me it is. This Crusade, a word used by both Muslim conquerors as well as Christian conquerors for their relative battles for world domination, is not a new "thing" to our century. It is as old as the beginnings of Islam itself. It is difficult for Christians today to understand that all or most of the Mediterranean coastal regions were at one time Christian. Many of the churches started by Paul and others were established in what is now Turkey.

To the point, I have just completed a book, Mistress of the Monarchy, by Alison Weir. Alison Weir may have written my favorite book of all the many I have read, Eleanor of Aquitaine, herself a lady who went on two Crusades and lived for nearly 100 years through the 1100s into the 1200s, Eleanor that is. (I do not have the book available to me at this time to verify the author.) In Mistress of the Monarchy, allow me to quote one paragraph dealing with John of Gaunt and one of his sons with Katherine Swynford, the Duchess of Lancaster in the 1390s, herself passing away in 1400. Page 253 in the paperback.

John (of Gaunt's) worsening health may account for his fears for the safety of his heir (Henry of Derby), who had been on perilous expeditions in the past, some financed by his father; yet his anxiety did not apparently extend to his younger son, John Beaufort, who went crusading against Turks in Hungary and Bulgaria in 1396, and in September was present at the siege of Nicopolis, a campaign that ended in the mass capture and slaughter of the Christian army and left Bulgaria under Muslim domination for five centuries. John Beaufort, fortunately came home to tell the tale.

The fight for world domination with the Muslims under the leadership of such as those leading Iran today is not a sometime thing. It is believed that now is their time for world domination in the name of Allah. We must take them seriously because they are extremely serious. The question for them, within Islam it seems, is which branch of Islam will be world dominate.

That may be up to us in that we may get our senses about us, accept the rot that is "political correctness" acting like syphilis on the brain turning it to cottage cheese, and not allow our world to be overturned and our civilization to be destroyed mostly by our own weakness of will.

*As an aside, it is up to Muslims within Islam to fight for their rights to voice differences of opinion and I appreciate that many true scholars do but it is not for Islamic forces to impose their standards of intolerance upon us. It is our tolerance for their intolerance that is our Achilles heel.

But once upon a time, in a Europe far, far away, the Europeans knew who they were and they knew the culture they had spawned. Are those Europeans gone or they still willing to defend themselves for the current invasion from Islamists to overthrow and dominate and destroy their culture.

Are Europeans of today willing to see Notre Dame destroyed in flames or Westminster Abbey torn stone from stone? Is that the future that awaits or are Europeans of today willing to live in dhimmitude if only they will be allowed to keep their icons?

Europeans of today can keep their civilization simply by standing their ground and coming to their senses. They do not have to allow themselves to be pushed to violence. They can simply outlaw all manner and means of Sharia Law and be done with it. That means no man can have four wives all of whom collect welfare, among other things.

Let me mention that laws that protect the "protected ideology" today can quickly be turned upon it tomorrow.

Geert Wilders and Ayatollah Khalaji: prosecuted for speaking the truth?

In the post, Caliphate in waiting, the Baron has once again put his message out. A message that we should all see. For me, it is difficult to follow the inverted logic and tireless work of Islamists as they go about silencing "criticism" of Islam.

You see ANY discussion about Islam or Sharia Law - critical or not - is "criticism" and will be silenced. The House of Representatives has passed a House Resolution - a non-binding agreement that Islam is protected from discussion.

We know that Europe, certainly England is just a step away from becoming an Islamic Republic. Oh, not so as you would notice the largest mosque being built outside of Mecca in Regency Park next to the one being built outside of San Diego but Muslim men are allowed to practice polygamy and their wives receive their welfare checks. How do you think these leacorus leaches of men survive? On the backs of working English men and women, of course.

And now the Honorable Geert Wilders is being prosecuted in Holland for speaking against female mutilation.

But wait, he is not alone in his persecution. He is being prosecuted insanely by what has once been a free and independent nation now in the grips of the mind-meld that Islam and Sharia Law seem to be.

From Iran, we learn that Geert Wilders is not alone in his suffering under the Dutch Government that used to stand for freedom. A news article by Eli Lake may be of interest: Tehran targets outspoken activists' kin.

The arrest of Ayatollah Khalaji highlights two trends in Iran as the country's political crisis goes into its seventh month. The regime may now be going after the families of outspoken Iranian Americans (I would prefer Americans of Iranian descent but that's me. Pick a country.) still living in Iran as an intimidation tactic." Mr. Khalaji, who is a visiting fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, has been outspoken in his criticism of the Iranian regime since the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, summarily declared Mahmoud Ahmadinejad the winner of the June 12 presidential election." (Just for fun, remind me that Islam is NOT a political ideology...dressed in religious more like Bedouin robes.) The arrest of Ayatollah Khalaji also highlights a new campaign against clerics inside the Islamic Republic who have been critical of the state's crackdown on the opposition green movement. (Let me hear it now, in unision - Islam is a religion NOT a political ideology that takes political prisoners.) Ayatollah Khalaji is a disciple of Ayatollah Hussein Ali Montazeri, who spent the last years of his life as a harsh critic of the regime and lived most of those years in Qom under house arrest. Ayatollah Montazeri died in December and many of his followers were arrested in the aftermath of the funeral, which also became a rallying point for the opposition. Another cleric who has been arrested recently is Emad Baghi, who was arrested at Ayatollah Montazeri's funeral." "Mr. Khalaji said he decided to take his case to the media after all options in Iran to appeal the arrest have dried up. "They deprive them from hiring a lawyer and usually a lawyer does not work for political prisoners," he said. "We have no choice but to take this to others." Mr. Khalaji's extended family, including his estranged daughter, was scheduled to visit him. But Mr. Khalaji said their passports and even birth certificates were confiscated by the state authorities. He said he also received anonymous e-mails that urged him to "save himself from his shame" for betraying Islam."

Remember the teenager only screams loudest when he is wrong and is caught. Speaking the TRUTH = betraying Islam? Oh, to recall the days of the Spanish Inquisition or the Reformation.

I say shame on Holland and the Dutch prosecutor for doing the bidding of the Islamic Caliphate he has legalized in his midst; shame on even bringing charges against the Honorable Geert Wilders.

This may sound harsh but when threatened, Churchill had to be firm in his stance for liberty and freedom against tyranny; I agree with Fjordman's comment at the Gates of Vienna post,

It is impossible to win within the framework of the "exporting democracy and freedom" paradigm. We need an entirely new paradigm which says that Islam has no place in any European or Western country and should be forcibly expelled if necessary. Only then can we prevail.

Fjordman is correct and so was the founding father who wrote about freedom of religion something to effect that we have freedom of religion as long as the wolf dressed in sheep's clothing calling itself a religion DOES NOT threaten the very existence of our democratic REPUBLIC. Islam needs a reformation but not on our shores, not in Western nations but in the bed of the troubles - within the Islamic Republics themselves. Followers of Islam living in America need to consider that perhaps they need to return to their Islamic nations and fight their battles there instead of - through silent voices - allowing the slow, insidious creep of Islamic law to bring rot and decay to our Republic and the last remnants of freedom in the West. Our very way of life is being threatened and it is being eroded from under us like ants taking away the bricks and mortar one tiny piece at a time. Seen any piggy banks lately? I do not mean to infer that the prosecution of the Honorable Geert Wilders is like the arrest of the Ayatollah Khalaji. It is not. Khalaji knows he is not free in Iran to voice any opinion nor are his relatives in America. Why are they here exactly when they cannot win their "battle" for freedom from an oppressive regime here? The Honorable Geert Wilders had the presumption of freedom of speech in Holland and when he tried to speak to the British Parliament. But then Prince Charles does seem to like his turbans and robes...or so it seems. While many folks who practice Islam in America are undoubtedly here for the freedom this nation and its laws afford, they may want to consider how they can most effectively fight the theocracies of Islamic Republics. As Edmund Burke said more or less, all it takes for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing. Bottom line - the West will be forced to fight for its democratic republics and its freedoms or watch those freedoms sift through the hourglass of time right through our fingers. We are not winning the "war against terrorism" because we do not have the courage to do what needs to be done and that is meet those who would erode our laws head on. Like the "Flying Imams" and their planned behavior, one day the West will have no choice but to defend itself against a relentless enemy - radical Islam. We won't be given a choice; we'll be pushed. It is their "self-fulling prophecy"; their drive for world domination that will drive us into defending ourselves or see our freedoms lost forever...

If Geert Wilders were a follower of Islam...

Today is January 17, 2010. The trial of the Honorable Geert Wilders for "hate speech" is to begin on January 20, 2010 in Holland. What a mark against freedoms among the Dutch people.

Perhaps, at Crusader Rabbit, the words of President Ronald Reagan will serve as a Reminder to keep us focused on what the maintaining of our freedoms demands.

And now to Holland where freedom and freedom of speech are gasping for breath...

What a mark of embarrassment against the Dutch before the free societies of the world. What a harbinger of "hate speech" laws to bind us all! Contact Dutch Embassies to speak on behalf of Mr. Geert Wilders and freedom of speech. The Dutch Government and Justice Minister E.M.H. Hirsch Ballin are set to prosecute Mr. Geert Wilders for, not "hate speech" causing incitement against a benign party.

No, they are prosecuting Mr. Wilders for speaking out AGAINST the truth about female mutilation, barbaric by any standards, carried out against young women - young girls generally - by the practitioners of a political ideology and about other incitements to hatred against those who do not practice the same ideology. Never mind that that same ideology calls for the destruction of Jews and Christians.

Female mutilation cannot be justified under the guise of a "religious practice." If it is, then there can be no prosecutions if those who follow the same political ideology murder Jews, Christians, and other non-believers in Holland. And there goes Holland...down the rabbit hole into darkness and into the 7th Century.

The decision to prosecute the Honorable Geert Wilders for "hate speech" on January 20, 2010 is abhorrent to all who speak on behalf of freedom and freedom of speech.

Mr. Wilders is speaking out on behalf of women for the safety of women and for an end to their mutilation. Are the Dutch Government and Justice Minister E.M.H. Hirsch Ballin supporting the mutilation of female genitalia? Are they in favor of this brutality against women? My Lord, to what depths has Holland sunk?

Mr. Wilders is warning of the growing push for Sharia Law to be practiced throughout Europe thereby leading perhaps to the removal of the very prosecutor and the striking down of the very governmental Justice System that used to "protect freedoms for all", a Justice System he is trying to save.

When the truth, a call for the protection of women against barbaric practices, is turned into "hate speech", the truth is turned on its head and no one is safe.

Generally "hate speech" laws or most notably "hate crime" laws exist to punish the non-favored folks who commit a crime, any crime, against the favored folks and so far, non-binding Resolutions of the House of Representatives are in place today even in the United States to silence anyone who even speaks about Islam - whether the truth or not. We are only a short breath away from such non-binding resolutions becoming law. But today...

Islam is the favored ideology. Under Sharia Law, certainly infidels - billions of people across the globe - are not to speak against Islam. And for goodness sake, don't publish a cartoon.

I can appreciate why many within powerful positions in Islamic Republics such as Iran do not want their people calling for open and free discussions about the kind of governments they want but the restrictions against their "freedom of speech" within their own countries should not apply against those of us living in societies where "freedom of speech" exists. The youth of Iran are fighting for their freedoms and that's as it should be...

"Hate Speech" laws, just like "hate crimes", are the natural bastard children of the Whore of Political Correctness. These laws are to be mocked and banned by reasonable people. Murder is murder; it is a "hate-filled" act on its face so no further laws are needed, just prosecution for the murder.

Even worse, these laws are NOT implemented against "favored classes", those whose ideology calls for the mutilation of women and the annihilation of an entire people living in a member-nation of the UN, or let's say Israel.

Tell me, if the Honorable Geert Wilders were a card-carrying member of the political ideology held under most favored-status today by the Dutch prosecutor, would Mr. Wilders be facing prosecution if he had instead called upon fellow followers of the same political ideology packaged under the guise of "robes of religion" to kill or persecute non-believers, non-true believers?

The answer is self-evident. No, Mr. Wilders would not face prosecution. It is a brave new world of "Animal Farm" today in Europe and the United States where Christians and Jews - in some cases - are simply not treated as "equal before the law." They are singled out for persecution in a variety of assorted ways. In the United States today, they are just mocked and laughed at or sometimes treated with derision, even by highly placed elected officials against whom "hate speech" laws would NEVER be charged.

Tell me, if the Honorable Geert Wilders had been a card-carrying member of the Nazi Party - certainly a political ideology calling for the "Jewish solution" in the 1940s - much as Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is calling for the annihilation of Israel and the Jews today - and had incited people to persecute the Jews throughout Holland, Ann Frank comes to mind, would he have been on trial for "hate speech"?

Or is the trial of the Honorable Geert Wilders based upon simpler premises? Is the trial of Mr. Wilders simply based on extortion or the threat of reprisals against Holland's "justice" system and/or threatened riots against non-believers and against public institutions if he is not tried?

As our Representative Maxine Waters threatened back in the days of the O.J. Simpson trial, something to the effect - if memory serves - that if Mr. Simpson were found guilty, L.A. would burn.

Extortion and threats of that sort are to me the genesis of "hate-incited" action yet Representative Waters was never charged with "hate speech" for seemingly inciting people to riot.

L.A. was held hostage until Mr. Simpson was "acquitted" of murders he most probably committed; however, his victims did not have "favored status". His victims were white; one a white woman, one a young Jewish man.

Is Holland being held hostage? Is that the real motivation for the prosecution of the Honorable Geert Wilders for speaking the truth?

Freedom of Speech at USC: Horowitz under armed guard

If you want to speak the truth at USC and that truth is challenged by the Muslim Student Union, the administrators of the university may allow you to speak but in America today, you will need armed guards.

The trial of the Honorable Geert Wilders, beginning January 20, 2010, is an embarrassment and a blemish on the Netherlands just as England not allowing him to speak before Parliament was an embarrassment and demonstrated the strangle hold of extortion through riots that Islamists in England have on that nation's elected "leaders."

When will England and Holland fall under Sharia Law or have they already with elected leaders having buried their heads in the sand saying, "Not in my backyard" yet...

Free Geert Wilders: Act now to free him

First, the Honorable Mr. Geert Wilders was "banned" in Britain. He was not allowed to speak to Parliament about the Islamist threat that is bearing down upon Europe and moving into the Western Hemisphere - North, Central, and South. His aim was to speak the truth.

"First they came for Geert Wilders; next they came for Michael Savage; and then they came for me...but there was no one left to help me."

For the honor of freedom of SPEECH and of liberty and integrity, please help to free Mr. Geert Wilders from the up-coming travesty of a trial set to begin on January 20, 2010 in Holland.

Many of our ancestors left England and went to Holland for freedom and for the very safety of their lives before embarking upon voyages that eventually led to the founding of The United States of America. In their time of need, the Netherlands provided safe harbor for our ancestors in the 1600s. Some of us owe our very lives to the safety the Netherlands provided to our forefathers.

We need to help Geert Wilders, a man in need of our support.

Geert Wilders: International Ban on "hate speech" laws needed

The following may be "old" news to some but this news NEVER gets old and is pertinent and deserves our attention daily. The information is exactly as it has come to me. If you notice the "hate speech" laws and/or resolutions passed in Western nations are 100% designed to revere Islam and to denegrate, fine, and perhaps imprison anyone who speaks out against the policies of "financial" Islam, "political" Islam, "terrorist" Islam (better known under Obama as "extremists" without the use of radical, fundamentalist, or Islamic or even the more universally agreed term, "Islamists" or God-forbid, radical Islamic terrorists. Keep in mind that for the likes of Rosie O'Donnell - who made her fame and fortune from the hard-earned money of the Christians in our country whom she calls "extremists." To the matter at hand, it is not "hate speech" laws we need but rather a BAN on all censorship under the guise of "hate speech" laws. The Islamist terrorists sworn to kill us or bring us into submission will follow no laws to curtail "hate speech" and will only use such laws to intimidate the rest of us. The real question is: will free speech be put behind bars? And the larger question for the West is: will we leave Europe's children the values of Rome, Athens and Jerusalem, or the values of Mecca Teheran, and Gaza? Hate speech will always be used against the people defending the West-in order to please and appease Muslims. They can say whatever they want: throw gays from apartment buildings, kill the Jews, slaughter the infidel, destroy Israel, jihad against the West. Whatever their book tells them. ...My prosecution is a full-fledged attack by the Left on freedom of speech in order to please Muslims. I propose the withdrawal of all hate speech legislation in Europe....In Europe, we should defend freedom of speech like Americans do....Millions think liberty is precious. That democracy is better than Shariah....there is no stronger power than the force of free men fighting for the great cause of liberty.

In welcoming Mr. Wilders to America, Frank Gaffney, President of the Center for Security Policy, observed that the threats he faces are actually threats to all of us. They arise from the theo-political-legal program authoritative Islam calls "Shariah": Mr. Gaffney observed that:

The insinuation of Shariah legal codes and practices into Free World societies includes the effort to impose Shariah blasphemy, slander and libel laws in the West. According to Shariah, it is impermissible to engage in speech or writings that ‘defame' Islam or otherwise offend its followers. We must oppose all these efforts. [This means literally to even discuss Islam or any of the many parts of Islam and the adverse impact they have on our culture and our Western civilization. For us to even discuss Islam is offensive and therein lies the problem with "free speech." Islamists are working to END free speech throughout all Western cultures/nations.]

Diana West, the syndicated columnist and best-selling author who serves as Vice President of the International Free Press Society said: The ideal speech protections lie in the spirit of the American First Amendment. While Mr. Wilders would clearly live and breathe more easily with such speech protections, it is important for all of us who are here today to witness him speak to note, that even under existing legal constraints, governmental efforts to further... Lars Hedegaard, President of the International Free Press Society, introduced Wilders and outlined the IFPS 2009 campaign to ban hate speech laws and to work for an "International First Amendment." Mr. Hedegaard said:

The hate speech and blasphemy laws that are now common in many European countries lack clarity as to precisely what they aim to criminalize. Recent experience with their implementation further shows that they are unequally applied. This state of affairs is intolerable and the IFPS must therefore demand that all such laws be repealed. The way to deal with controversial, offensive or even hateful statements-unless they are directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action-is to expose them to public debate and criticism. [I would submit to you that the lack of clarity is precisely what the supporters of these laws want - chaos and confusion.]

Even dear Maxine Waters, that sterling example of elected leadership, threatened that LA would be burned to the ground if O.J. Simpson were convicted of killing Ron Goldman and nearly beheading Nicole Brown Simpson, the mother of his children. Congressman Waters spoke inciting citizens to riot, her words held the justice system hostage, and yet she remained free and at large to intimidate the citizens and to threaten not only their stores, there homes, but also their lives. Her words were "hate speech" but "hate speech" laws are only designed to censor and intimidate people from speaking the truth and from having open discussions about the threats we face from those who really do want to kill us. Obama rewards Gordon Brown for not showing Geert Wilders' Fitna

As I sometimes do, I get moving on a topic and then slip into a "stream of consciousness" thing and move from one topic to the next. I have done so recently in the post, Obama supports Sharia Law for US? which was based upon a post, Farewell to Britain, by Frank Gaffney, Jr of the Center for Security. My post focused on AIG and Citigroup being run along the lines of Sharia Finance or "financial Islam". This led me to Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch which led me to the 15 minute film by Geert Wilders, Fitna. Americans are being warned upside down and backwards of the threat Islam poses to our way of life. We are not listening. Obama is proving his desire and goal to destroy capitalism and our free market capitalist system. How are your retirement savings holding up? Britain is gone; Islam has taken over, if not the pomp and circumstance, then that is only a matter of time. Thanks to the EU, Europe - once Western allies - is being overrun by Muslims, many of whom are "extremist" in the words of Obama where the term Islamic terrorist is not to be heard. In the US, we are seeing "honor" killings; an elementary school in California has the children dress up as Muslims and practice being Muslims for a day, a week, or a month. The ideas of "racism" and "political correctness" are so embued into our mindset now that real, meaningful discourse of the very real threats facing us straight on like us looking down the barrel of a loaded shotgun are impossible to have. Actually the only "racism" and "attacks against religion" that can be engaged in within the United States but cannot be openly acknowledged are the racist attacks against white men specifically and white people generally and the open attacks against Christianity and Judaism. Mention "Islam" and the House Resolution against speaking about Islam is waiting to be shifted over to a "law" but Christianity and Judaism are fair-game and actually "scapegoats". It is not a pretty sight but it shows the horrors of Islamic terrorism toward the West and as importantly the Islamic domestic terrorism toward the women of Islam; may God bless the Muslim women who fall before the wrath of uncontrollable cruelty at the hands of Sharia Law ordered and excused in accordance with the dictates of ...... Also, I believe - while working to dismantle our free enterprise and free market capitalism way of life, I believe much of the activity is a distraction to keep us from connecting the dots to Obama's underlying agenda which certainly cannot be voiced or even speculated about. Make no mistake that one of the main agendas is to make the American people more and more dependent upon government. Remember, we the people created the government and it is there to serve us, not enslave us.

Obama supports Sharia Law for US?

Frank Gaffney, Jr. has an interesting article posted at the Center for Security. The post, Farewell to Britain, seems at first glance to be about the slights Obama gave to PM Brown of England, the Islamic Republic of the British Isles. But here is the entire text - highlights added (comments in blue are mine and cannot be attributed to Mr. Gaffney, Jr.) - in which you will see that Britain is really paving the way for Muslims to establish their own "government" easily within Britain and into our nation, as well as globally and, overtime, erode our institutions - the ones left standing by Obama - and convert us to Sharia Law. Please note, this conversion does not and will not be done by virtue of numerial size, it will be slipped into our laws and our way of life in bits and pieces so that you will hardly notice: no deductions for contributions to your church or synagogue; not deductions for the interest you pay on home mortgages. These changes will naturally turn out to be "taxes". One primary example is the non-deduction for charitable giving even to our Christian churches which is "very" Islamic of Obama and effectually taxes us for our church affiliation. Islam can pass muster because it does not accept the "separation of church and state." Islam is the "state" which in our society means it cannot be the "church" in our naive definition. As I mention farther along, the "separation of church and state" - church teachings and state or civil law (although formerly based on the morals and principles of our Judeo-Christian heritage) were separate. We do not speak of church in the United States as "financial Christianity", "spiritual Christianity", "political Christianity" (although the far-left has labeled us with that nomenclature), and "classes of citizenship", let's call it "domestic violence" Christianity in which women generally are beaten and are second class property. But Islam - which we are to revere and of which we cannot speak - has all of those various identifiers: "spiritual Islam", "financial Islam", "political Islam", etc as though each segment is a "stand-alone" separate and distinct part of the "ideology" of Islam - the "religion of peace". Islam is not compatible with our US Constitution and is not a "religion" so if any group should have their "church" designation of a tax-exempt 501 (c) 3 status removed it is "financial, political, spiritual" Islam. Islam is a "cradle-to-grave" ideology which is stringent and demands total obedience to the dictates of the Mullahs. Now, back to Britain... It is only fair to point out that Britain is already an Islamic "nation" and, it is my understanding that England - our once honored ally - is now the haven for the main terrorist planning and freedom of expression across the world. We have more to be cautious of coming out of England in the form of "terrorists" than probably any other "friendly" nation. I could be incorrect here, of course. From Mr. Frank Gaffney, Jr.:

Farewell to Britain Center for Security Policy | Mar 09, 2009 By Frank Gaffney, Jr. London: The British are understandably mystified. Long accustomed to a "special relationship" with the United States, they are trying to figure out why the latter's likeable new president would be going to such lengths to distance himself from the country that has for generations been America's closest ally. [May I humbly suggest that Obama is only showing his support for his Islamic backers in the Middle East.] First, there was Barack Obama's decision to return the Churchill bust that had graced the Oval Office since then-Prime Minister Tony Blair gave it to George W. Bush as a post-9/11 gesture of solidarity. Then, there were the successive affronts during the visit by Blair's successor, Gordon Brown, to Washington last week: A seemingly thoughtless official gift (a set of DVDs of popular American films); a painfully chilly and brief press availability before the start of the two men's private meeting; and no formal joint press conference of the kind Bush afforded Blair on all but one of numerous visits to Washington (the exception a hastily arranged trip right after the September 11 attacks). The British press has offered several face-saving explanations for these serial rudenesses. Perhaps Obama is "exhausted." Alternatively, he is simply "focused elsewhere" in the midst of cratering capital markets, collapsing automakers and skyrocketing unemployment. The real answer, however, was supplied by an unnamed State Department official whom London's Sunday Telegraph reported on March 8th "reacted with fury" when asked by the paper why the Brown visit was so, er, "low-key." According to the Telegraph: "The official dismissed any notion of the special relationship. ‘There's nothing special about Britain. You're just the same as the other 190 countries in the world. You shouldn't expect special treatment.'" [Obama's State Department working on building coalitions, eh?] Such a comment by a representative of the State Department - an institution that never saw a foreign government it wanted to offend - is a sign of how serious Team Obama is about "resetting" the U.S.-U.K. relationship. Of course, as that term applies to friendly Britain, it means something very different than when used to describe the administration's desire for improved ties with America's enemies, actual or potential, like Russia, Iran and "Palestine." (Consider, for example, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's tendering to her Russian counterpart a symbolic "Reset" button - one whose label, incredibly, used instead the Russians' word for "overload." This unserious conduct in the face of the Kremlin's increasing aggressiveness at America's expense constituted the most appalling and degrading public spectacle by the top U.S. diplomat since her husband's appointee, Madeleine Albright, danced with North Korean despot Kim Jong Il in 2000.) Arguably, the need for a special relationship with Great Britain rooted in shared Western values and a mutual commitment to the common defense is as great today as at anytime since World War II. Unfortunately, Gordon Brown's government is conducting itself in ways that undermine those values and jeopardize the security of the Free World. Particularly worrying are British concessions to the repressive and seditious theo-political-legal program authoritative Islam calls "Shariah": Shariah-Compliant Finance (SCF): Even though promoters of this industry, like "Shariah advisor" and al-Jazeera host Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, have described SCF as "financial jihad" and al Qaeda has publicly embraced its practice, Mr. Brown has declared he wants Britain to be the world capital of Shariah finance. [Can anyone say, "Moron!"] Shariah courts: Brown's government has begun institutionalizing the practice of separate legal systems for Muslims with the proliferation of "family law" courts where women can be treated, in accordance with Shariah, as second-class citizens - less-than-equal to male Muslims and entitled to a fraction of the property due the latter in the adjudication of divorce or testate matters. [But when it comes to welfare, a Muslim man in England can have 4 wives plus children and get welfare money for them at tax payer expense.] Terrorism charities: The British government has refused to take punitive action against British-based Islamic "charities" that provide money to terrorist organizations. The latest is Interpal, a Palestinian organization that even the BBC was able to figure out provides support to Hamas. Engaging with terrorists: British civil servants are paying thousands of dollars to attend a conference next month on "Political Islam" at which Ibrahim Moussawi has been invited to speak. Moussawi is a top propagandist for Hezbollah. The same Brown government that prevented Dutch parliamentarian Geert Wilders from presenting his film "Fitna" to the House of Lords on the grounds that he constituted too much of a threat to "community harmony" is evidently untroubled by having a flak for terrorists inciting in the U.K. The irony of the evident distancing from Britain by the Obama administration is that Brown's government is pursuing policies that Barack Obama seemingly espouses. The U.S. taxpayer now owns most of AIG and Citigroup, two companies massively engaged in Shariah-compliant transactions, at odds with our constitutional separation of church and state. [Now, it is clear why we are bailing out AIG and Citigroup - Islam. Do you think if either were overtly owned by Baptists we would have bailed them out?] In this and other ways, Mr. Obama is effectively acquiescing to Islamists' demands to establish here as in the U.K. their own, "parallel" society observing Shariah rules, not the laws of the land. Among the concessions in the works appears to be bans on so-called "hate speech" that defames Islam, an idea implicit in the President's injunction to use "respectful language" towards Muslims. Last week, moreover, Hillary Clinton effectively promised a whopping $900 million charitable contribution from the U.S. taxpayer to Hamas - or at least a future Hamas-Fatah "unity" government. This is a part of the President's determination to reset Mideast diplomacy by forging what might be called "special relationships" not only with Syria and Iran but the major terrorist organizations they sponsor, Hamas and Hezbollah. As the Free World increasingly engages in submission to Shariah, it appears the special U.S. tie to the U.K. that served to block the global ambitions of successive totalitarian ideologies will no longer operate. Under President Obama, the question increasingly is: Will the U.S. perform that vital role alone, or succumb as Britain is doing to what Islam scholar Robert Spencer calls the "Stealth Jihad" now being mounted against every freedom-loving country?

You recall that Geert Wilders was not allowed to show this true 15 minute film to the British Parliament. Obama did not snub Gordon Brown; he rewarded him. How? The irony of giving Brown a set of DVDs - films... In 2007 there were 54,000,000 (million) Muslims throughout the European West. That is nearly the total population of France. And what are we importing into the United States: drug cartels/armies; Islamic terrorists who hid within Muslim communities... There is no "race" in Islam, it is a political ideology such as Marxism but less benign. Total domination of the world is the goal and the total eradication of Western Culture and Capitalism is the goal. Islam: Totalitarianism Writ Large

People of the world are living in troubling times.  Totalitarianism, Fascism, and other such terms are being thrown around with wild abandon but not from wild speculation but rather, I suggest, to get us used to the sound of no hands clapping.  

The European Union is moving on apace to close the noose around the necks of Europeans and snuff the life out of them, to open their nations and their cultures to the Dementors of Islamic Imperialism, just as the nightmarish spectors tormented Harry Potter and his friends only these are not of the imagination, they are cut from whole black cloth.

Through his words, Mr. Geert Wilders makes it clear that he wants to make a distinction between Muslim men and women and the ideology of Islam which may well be 90-95% a political/social ideology like Marxism and 5-10% of a religious nature.  Wilders' movie/film is called Fitna.

Attempts are being made to awaken Europeans to the nature of the threat/challenge they face through the encroachment of Islam - the political ideology which demands total and complete submission to, I suggest, the laws of men in the guise of mullahs/religious leaders seeking power for it is always man's eternal push for power over his fellow man that seeks to enslave, to punish, to harm, and even to kill dissenting voices. 

Mr. Wilders emphasizes a clear distinction between Muslim men and women, pointing out that when he speaks of Islam and its ideology, he is not criticizing these men and women.  His distinction is a good point because, from my perspective, these men and women are as much enslaved by the inability to criticize Islam and its strictures as we infidels are.  

And this inability for honest dialogue slams shut the door for open communications which would allow all of us to move forward toward freedom and liberty.  Instead, the ideology of Islam - by its very warring nature - forces it into conflict with Western cultures and civilizations into an "us" vs "them" situation of confrontation with little hope for peaceful resolutions.

We must be ever-mindful of the challenge of our times - radical, encroaching Islam and the encroachment of Sharia Law upon our institutions of Liberty and Freedom.  As we have seen, there is no freedom of speech in Islam;  there is no freedom for women; and perhaps we should not even talk about those ideas so near and dear to the hearts of many in America today - "abortion on demand" and "homosexual marriage."  Both go over really well in Islamic Republics!  Right!  In both cases, the Islamist leaders probably make our Christian Right look like tools of the far-left.  Good grief...

Let me say it again:  the ideology of Islam is not compatible with a democratic, representative government.  The ideology of Islam is submission to the Supreme Leader.  Everyone who believes Mad Jad runs Iran, raise your hands!
