Ewings: request for help - through your experience

If you want to, read on. I have just searched "Ewings Treatment in Mexico" so there is a lot going on... A friend of mine was diagnosed with Ewings last November (maybe 2009 or maybe 2008). She has gone through the roughest chemo for sarcomas. She beat it or the chemo was working and no signs remained of the sarcomas. It had been in her bones as well. Now, having had her most recent scans a week or so ago, it seems it has come back violently, attacking her in a number of places. She has her appointment with her doctor to go over the scan results soon. Doctors have told her to get into clinical trials but she cannot find any that are open to her because Ewings is apparently a childhood illness and she is an adult. The thing is, part of her treatment worked for an extended time. One friend of mine told me that my friend should go to Mexico for treatment of her sarcoma. I don't know anything about treatment in Mexico. If you know of any trials or treatment that would be open as of this time, please leave the information here. My friend is going to see her doctor soon and she is expecting to be told that they will treat her as "terminal" based on the latest scan results. If you know of any doctors in Texas perhaps, or other locations in the United States who can help her. please leave that info here. If you or someone you know has been successfully treated for sarcomas in Mexico, please leave the information here. We are at a loss about the next life-extending and saving steps that she can take. I know one must surrender to God; and from my own personal experience, I know that is much easier said than done. When you want to live and you are slammed in the gut with fear and terror, the fear takes hold of your mind and body and creates horrible confusion so that you cannot think or reason and all is bleak. My friend did tell me of one study that is going on where the researchers take cells or something from a tumor (not Ewings yet) and are successfully making a vaccine that they are injecting into the patient and the vaccine is attacking the given tumors. As my dear friend said, "It won't be done soon enough for me..." but it is remarkable that God would give us the means to cure such a devastating killer by using a vaccine from itself against it. That is a miracle. God be praised. And thank goodness for the researchers and their efforts and brilliant minds.
