Where does Thompson stand on the North American Union?
Where does Thompson stand on the North American Union? I asked that question in an earlier post today and Falcon_01 at Sheep Dog's Blog sent me a link to the following article written by Tom Kovach and published at World Net Daily: Fred Thompson's globalist pedigree I want Fred Thompson to be our knight riding out of the mist to bring back conservative values and to defend our sovereignty. I'll let you read the article and check the many links. We cannot afford to be "fooled" and misled again. Our Secretary of State Rice was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, as was Albright. Generally, when a person goes into public office they slip under the radar and become "unnamed" CFR members. The CFR is no friend of United States' sovereignty. Make no mistake. Senator Thompson needs to clarify his position on turning over our sovereignty, removing our fast-eroding border, and changing our money from US dollars to a NAU-euro type monetary system. These are legitimate questions and deserve a thorough vetting by the American people. We cannot afford another globalist in the White House. I await additional edification...

Here's a little something from Tancredo about his comments from two years ago:

Thought you might like to know he's still standing by what he said. He's the only candidate I know of, long shot or not, who openly states where they stand on EVERY issue, and does not pander or cave thinking he might get more votes.
His willingness to deter terrorists, on top of his stance on illegals (for which he wrongly has a rep as a single issue guy) are great, but if you look at his official site, he's blunt as can be about any number of topics from Judges who have "ripped democracy from the hands of the people" to Education and Trade issues.

I'm not a fan of politicians but he's one less step from being a long shot with every person like me who decides to throw in with him.
Thank you for the link. Getting tired now. You know how it can be.
Falcon_01 - link didn't work????
