Coconut Commando is home from Iraq!
A soldier has returned home from Iraq. I you want to see his blog, Coconut Commando can be found here. His work is worthy of your time. Coconut Commando has served our nation for 22 years. He has maintained a blog of integrity and honor recounting on-the-ground experiences in Iraq. His final post upon leaving Iraq is Riding off into the sunset. When I read that post, I could only thank God for our fighting men and women wherever they serve us and our nation. They have a "commander-in-chief" but they fight for us - for Mom, Pop, brothers and sisters, and us, the folks they never see and will never know. God bless Coconut Commando and his family as well as his fellow fighting soldiers!

Second that BG.
MK, if you haven't known of his blog or haven't had the time to check Coconut Commando out, he is really worth the time. Some of the stories he tells are chilling, some are heartwarming, and some will make a grown man or woman cry. That soldier must be some great kind of a leader.
If you feel like it, you might want to spread the word about his site. He has a great site on Islam 101 and a great site with real info on Iraq even down to the camel spiders our men deal with.
