Judge supports illegal aliens over American laws
Well, is it any surprise that a judge named Breyer blocked the efforts of the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to crackdown on the hiring of illegal aliens? See Jerry Seper's news article, Judge blocks crackdown on hiring illegals. Supreme Court Justice Breyer helped void our private property rights in Kelo vs New London, Connecticut and now a little brother has stepped in to stop us from cracking down on employers who hire ILLEGAL aliens. Anyway we can kick these judges out of office for violating their sworn duties to defend our nation and our laws? We don't need a "comprehensive" immigration bill. Americans shouted LOUD and CLEAR that we are against amnesty and any thing that is amnesty disguised as anything else. We want existing laws enforced. If our judges won't support us in this fight to implement our laws then we need to impeach the judges and throw them out. They have no right to kick American citizens in the teeth as they are certainly wont to do in California.

The imperative statement "Bailiff, arrest this judge" seems a reasonable enough thing to be said and accomplish. Under law, corrupt officials must be removed.
By violating the rights of Americans he is now in my opinion (and others no doubt) merely sitting the bench wearing a judge's robes, and in no honorable sense of the word, a judge.
I totally agree that ANY judge who supports any ILLEGAL immigrant needs to be removed from office immediately. We are supposed to protecting and defending our country, our values, but instead what do we get, total and complete disrespect from the politicians. What part of we do not wan AMNESTY granted do they not understand. Is it going to take another Civil War to get this through to these politicians? What part about ILLEGAL do they not understand?
