Could Justices put themselves out of a job?
Yesterday, the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States of America heard arguments regarding the case of Jose Ernesto Medellin - the convicted gang-rapist and murderer - and the supremacy of the International Court of Justice over the laws of the United States and over the State of Texas. We know that several on the Supreme Court want to defer to the International Court and to once and for all end our national sovereignty. Let's see if the Supreme Court Justices will vote in favor of the International Court of Justice. If they do, let's just send the justices home and open the building as a museum. While we're at it, we might as well shred what fragments remain of the U.S. Constitution. It'll save Congress and future administrations the time. But hey, we won't need Congress or the adminstration. We can just welcome in the tyranny of fuedalism. Now, you know what I'm talking about... Seriously, I am interested to see if anyone will stand for this nation's laws. Mexico suing us on anything is laughable on its face and shows the audacity of the leadership there.
