Bush, keep your nose out of the laws of Texas
Regarding the pending execution of Jose Ernesto Medellin in Texas for the gang-rapes and murders of Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Pena, it seems no surprise that the Bush Administration supports the Internation Court of Justice in the case of the gang-rapes and murders of two young women in Texas. The International Court of Justice found that the killers' "rights to legal help" had been violated. That gives one pause - how would Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Pena feel about that - the rights of Medellin - as the teen-aged girls were being gang-raped and strangled? The following article says it well, Texas to Bush: Butt out of Mexican's execution. The administration should butt out of state laws. But it seems that in 2003, Mexico sued the U.S.... (because) "Medellin and 50 other Mexicans were denied access to their country's diplomats after their arrests." The operable words here are "THEIR country's", i.e., illegal aliens and their children born on American soil do not come under the jurisdiction of the United States government. Hmmm.... But hey, maybe Geraldo Rivera should jump in as he did when a Mexican national, illegal alien drunk driver murdered two young teenage girls in Virginia Beach in vehicular homicide. Maybe gang-raping and murdering young American girls, like the drunk driving of illegal alien men is just a "cultural" thing. Ah, the joys of moral equivalence and multiculturalism. By the way, are your kids still allowed to eat hot dogs for school lunch? But why no surprise on the administration's support of the gang-rapist and murderer, Medellin? The administration is working overtime to destroy our national sovereignty through the North American Union and the SPP "agreement". When did the Senate hold hearings on this "treaty"? Hmmm.... And what about those arguably unconstitutional non-veto, legislation vetoing signing statements? I don't know who will be running for president in 2008 but I can tell you this, "We don't need no stinkin' globalist!"
