CAIR - A group of de facto Islamic Republic Consulates?
CAIR suggests that it is a Muslim Civil Rights group but, given all of our "civil rights", institutionalized discrimination agencies designed to protect non-white skinned folks, I don't now why we need another one. Perhaps CAIR has other purposes. Hmmmm.... Read everything: know the basics! CAIR official site: http://www.cair-net.org/ CAIR Watch site: http://www.cairwatch.org/ The new website, Stop the Project, has audio files that download and play well, from the November 18 CAIR banquet. It also provides a list of the supporters of the banquet who purchased tables, an interesting group. Personally I have wondered about the intimidation associated with the name CAIR, Council on American Islamic Relations. It sounds like a group formed to be the ombudsman - arbitrator/litigator - between the American government and the Islamic Republic established within the borders of the United States of America. Seems like a subversive group if ever there was one and like other "nations", they have branch offices, er, I mean "consulates" in many major cities. We need to look into the associations between CAIR, the ACLU, and [based upon the infamous and not child-friendly unionization of our public schools by the NEA] the NEA should be considered. Watch for the changes in school curriculum to include Muslim/Islamic teachings whereas Christian teachings are banned, and watch for seemingly PC changes in lunch menus for your children to accommodate Sharia Law. Beware - you are warned; and now for the banquet and CAIR's views and tactics: A number of quotations have been provided at the CAIR website as well, transcribed from the files, which make these points about CAIR, all supported by the audio speeches and selected smaller soundbite files: 1. CAIR’s handling of their Congressmen: Keith Ellison may be committed to supporting CAIR, but CAIR manages its relationships with Congressmen thugishly, with spotty communications and hyped PR. They may want to be thought of as a major 501c4 lobbying group, but their performance is that of amateurs. Sheila Jackson Lee’s excuse for not attending is laughable – a last-minute schedule change to attend the (always spontaneous) 50th anniversary of the local firefighters. Question: Are our laws providing for 501c4 lobbying groups being used for groups such as CAIR who should be tried under our RICO laws? 2. CAIR’s budget: CAIR brags about its cash donations from UAE (if not those from the Saudis) to show their financial clout and intimidate government officials into dhimmitude – and then pleads poverty to fundraise locally. Which is it – big powerful Islamic lobby, or struggling little advocacy group? Response: CAIR seems to functioning as a foreign government(s) using subversive tactics to influence and undermine our democratic republic. These groups should be barred from any legitimate function in our nation. 3. CAIR fund-raising practices: this paragraph is a quotation from the site, which includes links to the audio soundbites backing up these statements: · CAIR claims that the banquet raised over $620,000. However, of that amount, the second $300,000 was allegedly donated by an unnamed “family” as a “match” for the first $300,000 raised. “Families” attended the banquet from the embassies of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, among others. · Even that initial $300,000 was not raised entirely from the Washington area. The master of ceremonies for the fundraising segment at the banquet, Rodwan Saleh (President, Islamic Society of Greater Houston), brought two contributors from Texas with him. The first donation of $50,000 and the second donation of $25,000 were both from his fellow Texans. The third donation of $25,000 came from the Unity Chamber of Commerce of Minnesota, constituents of the absent Congressman-elect Keith Ellison. · The major corporate supporter of CAIR is Citibank, who provided several attendees. (No soundbite but worth mentioning) Response: consider moving your accounts from Citibank if you believe the money they make on your account and the financial lending benefits they receive from having your funds deposited with Citibank help fund anti-American, subversive groups. 4. The total dhimmitude of the FBI: Joseph Persichini of the FBI’s speech is provided, with some quotations provided as text. The speech by Rohrer of the Fairfax police is pure pablum, and not reassuring for Northern Virginiastan. Response: This is a true embarrassment and could well be considered subversion perpetrated by our own FBI, an agency we fund through our taxes. Maybe we need to write the FBI and complain about this clear stance of "submission" to the Islamic Republic's consulates within our borders. Further, maybe we should ask just exactly why and how, a federation of Islamic nations can actually be allowed to have a collective "consulate" within our nation representing them. They all have embassies, correct? The website, Stop the Project, also provides a page listing free Muslim, Ex-Muslim and other organizations working against Islamist aggression, with links to donate to each of them, or to buy the books from anti-Islamist authors. A nice idea for the holiday season. We need to become more aware and active against the "enemy" within our gates. We know of the "enemies" of our Republic who are Americans who wish to turn us into a full-blown Socialist nation with rules, regulations, and handouts from cradle-to-grave, but we need to know of the others such as CAIR destroying our nation under the guise as a "civil rights" group for all of the oppressed Muslims. Remember, CAIR and others are really functioning as de facto "international" State Departments for the nations that support them. This practice should be outlawed within our borders and these groups should be disbanned. The survival of our way of life may depend upon it. CAIR and others are working well to worm their way into the fabric and the bricks and mortar of our nation's foundation. We must stop their activities that threaten our nation.
