Illegal Aliens in America - the Senate's playing with our lives

Earlier today I read that 45,000 or so American citizens have been killed in America since 9/11/2001 by illegal aliens either through vehicular homicides or outright murders. The Democrats, especially Dingy Harry the head of the senate, are now spinning the defeat of the Immigration bill (let's hope) as a defeat for Republicans. Excuse me! Here are a few items for your perusal. They are good and one is reported by Jerry Seper, the journalist devoted to getting the truth out about illegal immigrants in America. For one thing, 50% are from Indonesia, China, the Sudan, and the Middle East. Many of the terrorists are trained in Venezuela to become fluent in dialectic Spanish and to shave their beards so that they can "pass" for Mexicans. Now to the reading: Immigration coalition unraveling Bush 'surprised' at conservative anger Ex-border agents: Illegals bill 'unrealistic' by Jerry Seper And two editorials: A wake-up call for the Senate by Kris W. Kobac A policy of condescension by Ian de Silva, a naturalized American citizen who became an American citizen the legal way. This is the truth of it all - the administration has no intention of protecting our borders in any meaningful way which means 1) we are open to all the illegal drugs the drug lords can get into the nation; and 2) our nation stands to be overrun by illegals for as long as they want to enter. The immigration laws are not being enforced and won't be regardless of the outcome of this current bill. The truth is that we, the American people, are being betrayed. Sometimes I wonder that the purpose is to weaken us as a nation and certainly it is to destroy our national sovereignty. We need our active duty military on our border fighting for the sovereignty of our nation. Only our military will beat back the drug lords. So, let's use our weapons and our great military strength to defend our own nation. The Posse Committas Act was to keep our military from being used against American citizens, not against invaders. It is very sad that our leaders care so little for the cohesion of our nation. I also read of the US Immigration Reform Political Action Committee. They target pro-illegal-alien senators and such. Right now, they are planning to defeat Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. I must admit that I sent Senator Graham a whopping $25.00 to help him in his Senatorial bid which he won. Now, he has betrayed conservative values in too many ways to count. In addition to Senator Graham, the group will target Sen. Saxby Chambliss, a Georgia Republican, if he votes for the amnesty bill. It takes one million dollars or so for the Minutemen to build a mile of fence; it takes the government an expected 4 million dollars to build a mile of fence. Of course, we don't know the exact cost because the federal government hasn't built any of the fence yet. I know I get a little out of the ballpark from time to time but still I believe that President Bush is working to increase the Mexican population to clear the way to the presidency for his nephew, George P. Bush, the son of Jeb Bush. You see, George P. is 1/2 Hispanic on his mother's side. The problem is that George P. is an articulate speaker and could win on his own without the influx of Mexicans. It is all too funny in some respects that both parties are trying to pad their voter base with more Mexican voters at the expense of law-abiding American citizens either from birth or through naturalization. Thank you for continuing to visit my blog even when I tend to weaken; you lift me up and I appreciate your kindness and generosity.

I found out this morning in a Scott Sayre ad that Hanger voted to give more privileges and incentives to illegal aliens.

I bet he's Bush's boy.

We're voting for Scott Sayre for Senate.

Steve, yep, Hanger is probably Bush's boy. I have to say, President Bush has let me down and when I think on this illegal immigrant invasion, I do wonder just how much of a distraction our efforts in the Middle East have been.

Don't like to be so cynical but with Michelle Malkin, I'm in good company.

Many here are voting to get rid of our Senator who supports the city council / regional taxation authorities. All those who want to pass the buck should be removed from office. We'll see what happens in our primary on Tuesday.

Great post! I have links up to both the Minutmen and the Border Fence Project on my homepage. Both organizations are actively building fences to protect the Southwest USA. Minutemen have 11 miles up so far and BFP has 3.0 miles up. Stop by and donate!

Trying to take care of the amnesty problem without putting up the fence and enforcing the law is like bailing water our of a boat without plugging the hole. Great post.

Thanks, Douglas. May I use your analogy. I think I will - it is great!
