Transportation Dept puts your life at risk
In order to comply with NAFTA, the Department of Transportation is going ahead with the implementation of opening our borders to about 100 selected Mexican trucking companies to enter and leave freely, in the interest of time, as they bring any and everything into the United States of America under this "fair trade" agreement, fair trade code for anti-the American trucking industry. What kind of government goes ahead with an agreement that will knowingly put America's drivers and passengers at risk on our highways? Well, the Clinton and Bush administrations. Here are several links so that you can read what the Congress and Senate say about the plan - in short, Congress says, "Well, we do have to honor our agreements...." From the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, we have House Transportation and Infrastructure Decision on Mexican Trucks and House Transportation and Infrastructure on Cross Border Trucking. From the Senate, this is a link to their transportation committee US Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, & Transportation. If you are interested in research on how our country's administration is "looking out for our safety and national security", the references are places to start. Some of my friends tell me that Americans simply don't care about the invasion, turning our nation in a lawless land benefiting illegals 50% of whom are from Indonesia and the Middle East + China and increasing their means of entry - you don't think all of those trucks will be inspected do you? Well, for those who don't care, rest assured, your government is using citizen apathy to re-market America as the pass-through park for trade going from Mexico to Canada. And like any theme park, the visitors don't always pick up their trash. Brings into question the idea of free trade and how far it can go.
Hi James - right now to me in US it looks like anyone and everyone coming into the country has more rights and is respected more than legal American citizens of all ethnic hues.
Stay well.
"Transportation Dept puts your life at risk" -- no news there, the news is, How are they doing it this time?
Interesting post. Being a Texan I'm looking into the border issue. In addition to illegals and street crime, in addition to drug running, the big concern is Ben Aladdin's nukes coming across the border.
I want to do a post on all that but I just don't have enough time and I'm not sure I got the writing skills I need. I guess the thing is to hell with the writing skills just do my best and pray God it's good enough.
Stop by my blog and leave a post so I know how you're doing. It looks like you've been battling the flu for quite some time.

God bless ya, hun!
Start your list. I'll start mine and we can both post it under both of our names. I see the invasion and jihad linked and always have. Although I support being in Iraq I think that is somewhat of an un-linked by the MSM as a finely honed diversion. I wouldn't argue for leaving there, I just think it is odd that the administration closes the borders in Iraq as best it can and opens ours probably sorry that the southern bordrer isn't a few thousand miles long.
Let's build our lists - bulletted items, links, etc. And please come up with an eye-grabbing title. I was thinking about "America no more" or "Your American sovereignty sold - the only people free in America are the illegal aliens." We need to do one on Bank of America establishing bono fides for illegals - should be investigated for aiding criminal behavior. I see the Islamic "invasion" as part and parcel of the mexican invasion. The Islamic one is worse in that they are smart and organized. The mexican one is a threat by the sheer numbers and the priviledges our administration gives them.
Blue Collar Republican - linked at my site is a good sourse and so is Stop the Project.
W don't have to do this over-night, just make our lists and find our references. Then put it all together then we can go merrily along our way link whoring across the internet. Give it some thought. Need to be focused though.
Keep at it. You're doing a grand job.
