Heathrow passengers abused under crushing restrictions and poor service

Terminal decline: Our airports would shame the Third world so writes Max Hastings of Heathrow Airport in London. That is a shame. Several years ago - BT (before the Islamic terrorists) circa 1990s when all we had to worry about was the IRA setting off a bomb here or there - England was a beautiful place to visit. When flying is now cruel and unusual punishment - inflicted upon us by Islamic terrorists - I just want to scream, "Kick 'em in the groin and make 'em hurt - bad, really bad!"
