Well, they're courting votes! And they are allowing federal judges/dictators to hear cases where illegals are suing American citizens of the several States.

The government is giving foreign aid to pay the Mexican Army to patrol its side of the border. Once there the Mexican Army takes money from the smugglers to escort drugs across the border into US territory.
