Senate seat in Virginia

It is 8:35AM in Virginia. The election results are in for all but 6 precincts. The site is Virginia State Board of Elections. The vote difference is around 6,500 votes. If I were a betting person, I'd say this one may go to a recount. Because no one has conceded yet, that means there are still enough votes in the remaining 6 precincts to sway/change the outcome or make-up the difference in the 6,500 vote-lead that Webb is showing. Then there are the absentee ballots. I don't know when they are counted. As I recall, the last time we had this type of a tight race was when Wilder became governor. We'll see as the remaining precincts submit their votes.
