Presidential Election 2008 - John Cornyn and Tom Tancredo

Well, I look at the "field" of folks running for their party's nomination. Hillary has the Dems nomination for president. Nobody wants to be on the FOB (Friends of Bill/Hill) list. Now, would you? For the Republicans, I'l like to see Senator John Cornyn (TX) and Representative Tom Tancredo (CO) as the party's presidential and vice presidential candidates. Barring that, I'd like to see John Cornyn as President and Tom Tancredo as head of Homeland Security. For me right now, no one in the Republican field hits the mark and the Democrats are proving how successful our public, federal government-controlled schools have been in teaching history, civics, and a kazillion other things to our students. In an ideal world to you, who would you like to see as president, vice president, director of homeland security?

    I forgot to add:

    VP - Clint Eastwood
Director of Homeland Security - Michael Savage

There are no other candidates I could possibly vote for. Mitt Romney, maybe, but that is about it.

  3. Yeah, good choices all. I just don't think Michael would take the cut in pay and he's having way too much fun.

Can't - still under doctor's care - getting better but very weak. Have a great time! I'm certainly there in spirit.

Just finished a book by an MD who was among the team who worked on JFK at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. Everyone who believes in the Magic Bullet, please raise your hand. All evidence was sealed by LBJ to be opened 75 years after JFK's assassination - that's 2038.

    Have a safe vigil!

  5. Just my take, MK. Hasta la vista, baby! Not the man for me.

Fred Thompson's my man. He can't have any more dirt in his closet than the rest of them and Laura Bush has had a new rug made for the oval office so Bill Bob's stains are gone - next to clinton (either one of them) anyone else is nearly as clean as the driven snow.

But that's me. Right now, I'm not voting for any one of the folks "running". Anyone want to place play bets on whether or not Hillary can last through a full knock-down-drag-out primary race?
